Under start, settings, network connections, there are options for network 
wizards, and I think (not sure off-hand), there should be one for wireless 
connections (otherwise the others should offer you a wireless option as long 
as the drivers are installed), which then runs on one machine, and can 
populate a flash drive for you to go and put into the other machines to 
share configuration across them, and if that part of it works, then under my 
computer, you can right click on the C-Drive and select sharing and 
security, and find options there to share the drives including security 
options, descriptive names, etc. etc.

Then, from another machine, you would use a file path like:
\\computerOne\CDrive

Which would then take you directly to the other computers drive.

I know this is all a bit simplified, but if you're not comfortable playing 
around with all of this, you could (I suppose) get some sort of techie to 
sort it all out for you, but along the same lines.
