Regardless of the debate, I turn my computer off every day when I leave and turn it on again in the morning. I figure a reboot every day chases away all the little gremlins that find their way into my computer every day. But seriously, if the first step in addressing some computer glitch is a reboot, at least a daily reboot sounds to me like a good practice.
