Just re-download it or download it from a different site. Alternatively you
can try the many download managers that are out there. My personal favourite
is Internet Download Manager.

Hello all!
I tried to download the screamer radio program, but it doesn't work.
There is an .exe file in the folder where I downloaded the file, but it
dowes't work. And when I started downloading the file, it finnished in a
second, although ,I have 512 kbps download, and the file shoud be about 1
mb in size. How to get the program?
