Yes you can, it is very simple. In the tree view, go to local folders and make sure it is open. Then do not press down arrow and press the aplications key and select new folder and press enter. Type in the name for the new folder and press enter or tab to okay and then press enter. It will come underneath the folders already their. Then to move a message, press the aplications key on the message you want to move and select move to folder and from the tree view, select the folder you want to move it to.
