I use the google accessible search:
http://labs.google.com/accessible/
It only really returns H2s along with a small blurb and apparently ranks the
results based on their accessibility.

Hi all, I've just done a random Google search, and two buttons, "promote"
and "remove" has appeared on every result, right below the link. They
don't seem to do anything either, hence the below question. Has anyone
else seen this change and if so how do they work? Is there anywhere where
I can find out the latest from Google? Thanks!
