I think I started this thread awhile back. I down loaded a program that was supposed to scan for errors, and of course it showed 900 some errors. But of course, it could fix none of them unless I paid and got the full version. So I waited. The original problem came when I was using my Juno software for e-mail. The curious thing is, that the problem started when I installed JAWS 10, the first beta. The problem quit when I uninstalled the first beta. I have been using the second beta release without any such problems for several weeks now. So I echo Richard's caution. The problem may be different than what the advertised solution might be.
