Hi if you are looking for the remote desktop client it is in start menu > all programs ?> accessories > communications. If you are trying to enable your computer to be accessed remotely you need to enable remote desktop in system properties, forward the correct port (3389), set group policies and assign appropriate rights to specific user accounts.
