You can go into the organise favourites dialogue and select the favourite
you want to move from the tree view and tab to the move button. Then select
the folder you want to move the favourite to and press enter. Then press
enter again to close the dialogue.

Hi list,
from what I understand. It is possible to create folders in IE7. I found
the option where to do this okay. However, I am unsure as to the safest
and easiest way to move each favourite into each folder I want. For
example, I have some youtube videos which I would like to group together
inside the same folder, for easier finding. Can I just copy and paste?
