It stops all incoming calls from west of the Mississippi river,
and south of the Ohio river.

I done did it before I received your email and was able to do it
without
any
problems. I first downloaded & saved the video intercept thingy from
Freedom Scientific, then saved & ran the video driver update, restarted
the
computer and then installed the video intercept thingy and all is fine.

I noticed that I have an update available for my NVIDIA Forceware

card. Is it important to update video drivers? I had done this many

ago and because I did, it took Jaws tech support quite awhile with me

my computer straightened out. If it is important to update these

are there instructions on what to do after updating the drivers
available?
I am running XP/Office 2002 Home, the latest of Jaws 8, 9, 10, Outlook
