Hi all, I really need help with this very badly. I have an older version of Norton (Internet Security version 2006) and that may be the problem. But I can't seem to remove this 1 Trojan horse. Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to take Norton off and put avira Anti Virus program on, but I believe you have to have someone sighted to help with the Norton removal tool. I've even tried doing a system restore, but it failed and I've had the problem with system restore long before I got this Trojan Horse. I'm using Windows XP and Jaws 7.0. By the way, the only reason I didn't upgrade Norton is because I heard that the later versions were not Jaws user friendly. Thank you very much for your help.
