If you want a very accessible version of facebook, you can use the site for
mobile phones, but it is more limited as far as what you can do--fewer links
and options, etc. The address is: m.facebook.com.

I use facebook all the time. if your prepared to really get to know the
page, it's deffinetly usable, although your screen reader will have to do
some of the heavy lifting, and you really need to pay attention to what
your doing, otherwise you might click on the wrong thing by mistake.
