For about a year now I've been using a WI-FI Internet radio called the
SqueezeBox with JAWS.

Here is a quick overview so that you can see what it does:

1. Connects to the back of your stereo via the auxiliary input jack.
2. Receives it's signal either wirelessly from your router or through
an Ethernet cable if your router is close by.
3. Has a display which shows the station, song, and artist being
played. Of course, the blind user can't use the display.
4. Has a small remote which is marginally useable by the blind, but not
much.
5. Now, here is the nice part - When you run some included software
(called SqueezeCenter) on your computer, this little baby is very accessible
and controllable by the blind user using JAWS.
        a. You can select stations, change volume, add to favorites,
browse for stations or music, etc.
        b. You can also play most any music which might reside on your
PC.
        c. You can plug into such services as Pandora,Last.FM, etc.,
and easily use them.
6. Alternately, you don't need to run the SqueezeCenter software on
your computer, but then the device is not really useable by the blind. If
you run this way, the device connects to the internet directly through your
router and bypasses your PC. Sighted users may want to use it this way.

Anyway, this has been one of the best purchases I've made in the past few
years and has totally changed how and what I listen to. Again, it's very
accessible with JAWS. Using it this way, you can control what comes out of
the stereo in the next room, all wirelessly.

The cost is $299 and I found it on Amazon. The company has recently been
purchased by Logitec.
