Hi All, The friend who had accidentally deleted some folders in Outlook did a system restore this afternoon, and as crazy as it sounds, his folders came back. I am not a user of Outlook so I don't know how this program works, but somehow the system restore worked for him. He runs Xp Pro, Jaws 8 & 9, and I think Outlook 2003. Take care.
