It can only read the freedom scientific daizy books, because it's a demo
version. If you want to read other daizy books, you must pay for the full
version.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Help with fs reader
Hello all,
I posted this yesterday on the jaws users' list; I hope it's all right if
I
post it here as well. I'm still looking for information.
I just purchased and installed the full version of FS reader to read
Bookshare.org books. I was under the impression that it would read those.
I
have been using the Victor reader supplied by Bookshare, but I thought FS
reader would work better with JAWS. I was under the impression that FS
reader could locate any daisy books on the computer, but I have not been
able to locate any of them through FS reader. In fact, it doesn't seem to
want to open any files at all. Does anyone know what type of daisy files
fs
reader can read? I'm afraid I may have just purchased something I can not
use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Joan Goldberg
