Hi All,

A Cox technician was here the other day to switch my telephone service from 
another carrier to Cox and I've been getting an error message with Open Book 
7.02 since he left: Open Book is unable to determine the appropriate scanner 
to use.  After you hit enter to close this message, use the up and down 
arrows to select the scanner.  I'm only finding "no scanner" in the list. 
The technician switched my cable modem to a dual modem and I suspect he 
unplugged my scanner which I know is a Canon, but I don't have the model 
number handy and sighted assistance is usually not available.  I'm just 
recovering from a migraine and would greatly appreciate any help list 
members could give so I can use the scanner again.

It's Open Book 7.02, a Canon scanner, JAWS 7 to 10, on an XP Home with 
Service Pack 3 machine.
