Hi, Linda. I tried to install service pack 3 on my computer not too long
ago and it messed everything up for me. I had to have my nephew who's a
computer techie do a system restore for me. I won't try to do any windows
updates unless I really have to.

Press the applications key, and then arrow to create shortcut, and press

Now, while focused on the shortcut, go to the properties, and assign your
