You can create a rule , under tools , the rule will check all the incoming
emails as soon as the message is received then direct it to whatever you
want .
It has a lot of options .

FYI you can apply it also on the old emails in the inbox it will archive
them for you

Good luck
Nabih

If you go to the Jaws User Home page and then go to the tips and tricks
page you will find that there are good instructions for what you want under
the heading Outlook. There is a link to Jaws User on every mail posted

Hi Kate;

one thing you can do is;

when that dialog box comes up, to allow or not to allow,

if jaws looses focus, just go desktop, start+m, now, tab over to the
taskbar, and alt+tab, hopefully you will land on the dialog box.

the other thing is, if you have jaws running on your taskbar, it does get in

the way when you alt+tab, so, perhaps you would want jaws running in your
system tray.

the other thing is?

you can turn off the resident shield in the SND program.

Has anyone ever dealt with spybot search and destroy, it is a malware
program? Sometimes that pops up and I have a hard time figuring out if its
found some malware or just a registry change that's legit. All it ever
announces is that something is wanting to change something in my registry
and it never says what. Often it comes up after I've installed something I
think is really legitimate so occasionally I've allowed the change. I think
it happened after installing some componant needed to run a feature on a
page of this online course I'm taking. I do quite a bit on internet explorer

although perhaps I should be using firefox more, particularly when
downloading things.
Ah well, I have never run a registry cleaner so I'm going to try that.
Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
Kate

There is also an audio tutorial on the server which is the first such thing
I ever did that will walk you through the entire process.
