I do the following relatively often.
Go to command line prompt:
Windows key + R, and type in cmd.exe and hit enter
navigate to the folder/drive with all the files in it
type in:
dir *.mp3 /b > zList.txt
This will output what would have appeared on screen into a text file called
zList.txt, and the /b option tells it to only render the filenames.
This will not work directly from the CD rom drive since the CD would be
write protected, so it would be better to do this in the folder you
collected them in before writing them or something.

Hello all,
I made an audio CD for a friend, and I wanted to print out a copy of the
songs as they appear on the CD for her. I selected all of the songs, and
copied them to the clipboard. Then I tried to paste them into a MS word
document. I know I was trying to paste mp3 files, but I thought it would
just paste the names of the files. needless to say it didn't work. Does
anyone know what I can do to accomplish this task? I would really like to
give my friend a print list of the songs that I put on her CD. I'm using
jaws 10 with windows XP home edition. Any help with this will be greatly
appreciated!
