Hi Brian,

Try these steps:

1. Focus on the Alarm icon in the Accessories submenu, and press Applications Context key or Shift-F10.
2. Arrow down to Copy and hit Enter.
3. Press S repeatedly until you land on Start-up submenu.
4. Press Applications Context key or Shift-F10 again, arrow down to Open and hit Enter. 5. Press Control-V to paste Alarm icon into Start-up submenu, and close it. Assuming you successfully copied the Alarm icon into the Start-up submenu, it should launch automatically the next time you reboot your computer. If not, then I guess I'm not such a genius after all. In this case, you may simply have to reinstall the program to restore its normal turn-on settings. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Gerald

Hi Gerald,
How do I get to those two submenus? If I go to start, all programs,
accessories, alarm 95 and try to copy the alarm icon nothing happens and
then I don't know where to go from there. Any future assistance would be
appreciated.

Try copying and pasting the Alarm 95 icon from the Accessories submenu to
the Start-up submenu, also on the Start menu.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] program turned on at start up

Hi Friends,
I have Alarm 95 installed on my Windows XP pro computer. Up until a few
days ago the program came up running at start up. Now, however, I have to
go to start, control panel, accessories Alarm 95 and click on it there to
get it to start running. Where do I have to go to get it to start when I
turn my computer on. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Brian
