Hi all and Happy New Year. I am wanting to imbed a sound file in an email. I understand that you open a new email message, go to the Format menu, down to background submenu, and then to sound. My problem is that most items under the Format menu say "unavailable." I don't think they have always said "unavailable," but don't know how to make those items become available again. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Thanks.
