Talking phones are not really a viable topic for a list which specializes in computer issues. I apologize for not being more forthcoming but I don't want to force David or Rick into an uncomfortable situation. Up till now, they've been very tolerant but I have seen this situation before. If you'd like more information about the current LG cell phones, please join the list I have mentioned. For the record, there are at least 2 LG phones with talking capability. For the record, I would never deprive another visually impaired person of information that I have. Life is hard enough without making it more difficult. However, I do understand Rick and David's rules and I'm doing my best to work within those parameters.
