Are you talking about the Webbie web brouser? if this is true, then you can get the Webbie and accessible programs at: http://www.webbie.org.uk I get the new version, and I only can say, my friend Alasdair its making it very good! now in the accessible programs, there is a PDF reader, a clock, the IE Apearance tool, and the older tools but with more things, I believe.
