Are you using mirc4life version 6.35? I noticed since version 6.17, they have
gotten rid of the mirc4life pull-down menu and that's where I always got the
logs to open in notepad. There was a separate tools menu under that drop-down
menu and in there it had an option callen "open log". This is different from
the"log files" option under the tools pull-down menu. That log files option
doesn't work for me. If I choose a log file or folder it simply reverts back to
the chat screen and nothing appears.

Anyway, is there a way to move up or down in the channel screen one line at a
time? I can't do this currently and that's why I've become so reliant on being
able to open the logs while chatting. I usually do fine listening as jaws
announces what people are saying, but If I go to type something and somebody
says something while I'm typing my message, then I miss hearing it. So, I've
reverted to opening the log at those points and checking to see what's been
said most recently.

How do you navigate, is there even a way? If I could navigate I wouldn't mind
not being able to access the logs if I could only easily check what's been said
right on the channel screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kate
