Good morning, folks: Cliff Smales, here.

I had an experience, yesterday, regarding which I need some advice.

I had gone into the Barnes And Noble website to research some CDs. I received a
message that my computer needed a "windows media player" download, although my
computer indicates that I have such a player ready installed.

Assuming that it was refering to downloading a more recent version, I
downloaded and then ran the download as instructed. When I went back to the
website, I received the same message.

I'm not widely experienced in downloading, and would appreciate any help anyone
can offer.

Manhy Thanks,
Cliff Smales
