Hi. It is possible to run Windows natively on a Mac, but I don't know about
linux. You might want to try googling running linux natively on a Macintosh
or something to that effect. I recommend that you be sure to use the word
"natively" in your search. Hope this helps.

Tony

Subject: [Blind-Computing] running windows, linux, and mac,on the same
machine

Hi all. I have not found anyone who can answer this question so I thought I
would post it here. Anyway, my question is whether you can run windows,
linux, and mac os 10.5 on a macbook. I chose a macbook because it has no
bios which makes it possible for a blind person to boot from cd with out
changing the bios setting. Something else that seems important to mention
here is that I don't want to use a vertual machine. I have gotten answers to
this question telling me to use a vertual machine but I don't want to
because I have to share the processors power with the host os. What I want
is a system that will give me the choice of booting into mac, windows, or
linux. Also, if anyone has a suggestion on how to build a computer with out
a bios the way apple does, any suggestion would be much appreciated.
Thanks
