Hey, nothing like answering your own question. I should have checked a
little more. You have to first enter on "Rich Text" under Format and then
Background is available.

I have the steps for sending an imbedded file and I have done it
successfully before. However, now when I go to Format and down to
Background, it says "unavailable." Can someone tell me why this is
happening.
