Those under the windows directory are safe to dump. I do not know about the
others, sorry.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Removing Certain Folders with $$$ Signs

I think I read on here someone wanted to know if it was ok to remove folders
with a $$$ sign in front of it and wanted to know if I in fact heard that or
was I like dreaming?

I have notice several of such folders on my C drive the first being, $$AVG
but also found many more under the Windows on the C drive and these have the
same thing with the name of the folder and at the end will have the word
uninstall. Several of these are to do with xp service pack 3.

Just thought I would ask the list here regarding this matter before I did
something I shouldn't and deleted folders I had better left alone...

Thanks,

Patricia
