Hi Arianna, To shut this off, you go to the options dialog box, under the send tab, then tab to the html settings and press the spacebar.
In the resulting dialog box, uncheck the box that says indent original message, then tab to ok. Once done, tab to the second button, labelled Plain Text settings, and again press the spacebar. Once in that dialog box, tab to the indent message with... and make sure that box is unchecked. Once done, tab to the ok button and press it. You can do this for the next two buttons also, but those next two are for newsgroups and the like, so it's your choice if you change those or not, as I don't usually use Outlook Express as a newsgroup reader.
