Mike, This happens if the (Mail Recipient.MAPIMail) file is deleted from the SendTo folder of your user profile. A copy of the file is present in each user profile, and also in the Default user profile. The below link will take you to a page that will help you fix this. There's a .zip file you have to download, or I'd have put the info here. The instruction page says that it's for Vista, but these instructions will work with XP as well. Here's the link. Jack
