I don't know what issues remain with Access, but I'm impressed with FS service. I had an issue with JAWS not reading certain form fields in Access with JAWS 9 and JAWS 10 Beta. I reported it, and got a phone call from an FS programmer, who isolated the problem and corrected it in the final JAWS 10 release.
