Hi.
outlook express has been replaced by windows mail.

if you have your windows vista start menu set to classic mode, you can do
this by right clicking the mouse, or tab to the start button,
hit the applications, which is to the right of the alt key.
depends what keyboard it is.
then arrow up to proeprties.
then select classic start menu, then hit enter or tab to the okay button.
you get rid of the vista regular interface.
like a windows xp interface.

now, you do a control escape, hit p for programs or all programs.
then you can hit the w key till you hear windows mail.
then the wizard starts to add a new mail account, if using for the first
time.
then put in your name, hit alt n for next, then put in your e-mail address,
hit alt n for next, put in your server information, hit alt n for next. if
you need to enable security, hit the space bar to check it, then hit alt n
for next, then alt f for finish.
you can then hit alt t for tools, a for accounts.
tab to a list box, hit the letter of your e-mail account, then you can tab
to the properties button, hit the space bar, and then you can use the left
and right arrow or control tab to then make changes to your account, then
when you are done, hit the apply button, and then click okay.
hope that helps.
cheers Marvin.
ps: a handy little tip, if you arrow down to windows mail, then hit the
applications key.
arrow down to send to sub menu, hit right arrow key once.
then arrow down the second option which is to add to desktop.
works for me all the time.
