Chances are that it's then part of the video, so unless you can download a
copy of the video, which could then have just the sound stripped out of it,
you might be best off just trying to record the output of your soundcard
when it plays, and not sure what the best way to do that would be, but some
of the other suggestions would most likely do it for you.
