Hi Steve

I get that message often, I think it is gmail themselves with the issue not your mail or even outlook express.

I just ignore this message to be honest, and hope gmail sorts itself out.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Need some help with Outlook Express please

Hello friends;
I really don't know what I have done, but very frequently now I have to go on the gmail server and perform a mass delete of messages due to Outlook Express not downloading even small attachments. I've removed the check mark specifying a particular size of message, and did all that I know about. Is there a way to restore Outlook Express to its default or some kind of factory setting for want of a better word. I use to download messages about 6MB as far as I could remember, but not sure what happens now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the message I receive:
