How to get that new clock and is it free?

  Wow, I guess I was wrong too.  My copy of APH Talking Clock is also an hour 
  behind. It must have its own clock which is not synchronized with the system 
  clock.  I have another similar program called Talking Desktop Clock which 
  did adjust automatically to Daylight Savings Time.  I would assume that APH 
  Talking Clock has an internal calendar that is set to adjust the clock to 
  DST the first weekend in April, the original changeover date for DST which 
  was in effect when the program was released.  Obviously, it has not been 
  updated since then.  So wait a few weeks and the program will probably 
  correct itself to DST.  If you can't wait, either contact APH or use Talking 
  Desktop Clock instead, which I prefer because it has adjustable settings for 
  the voice and chime sound.
