I don't think one needs to spend so much money for those specialty products,
particularly when cellphones combined with Talks or Mobile Speaks can do
exactly the same thing.

The fact is, any cell phone can do it, if equipped with Talks, which only
runs on Symbiant platforms, but, from what I hear, that is expanding to
include Windows mobile platforms also with the advent of version 4, and
Mobil Speaks, which runs on symbiant, windows mobile and pocket PC platform
cell phones.

One can read e-mail, surf the internet, do word processing and spreadsheets,
use them as MP3 players, and even use them as Wi-Fi modems and the like,
depending on the phone you get.

Why pay thousands of dollars for such a specialized product when one can pay
half, or even a quarter of that amount and get the same thing in a cell
phone.

Waste of money if you ask me, unless the state is paying for it, in which
case, heck, why not.

Just my two cents, and you probably want change from that too. Smile.
