Hi Lawrence, What you find in the properties dialogue of a selected drive is storage capacity, not memory. To find the amount of memory (ram) available on your system, simply select, My Computer, on the desktop, and then open the properties dialogue. Morning listers I know if you wanted to find out how much storage memory both (free or used) is on the hard drive, that is determined by going to my computer/focusing on the drive of interest/entering on the property page/with jaws curser find the information needed.
