That did the trick. I haven't yet gone out to get a tutorial on JAWS and
Firefox, but that's my next step when I can get the time.
Thanks again, I can now put away the "computer hammer" . . at least for a

Hi everyone,
I just downloaded Firefox a few days ago because of being able to use the
solve the Cappsha feature. I've been an IE user for many years. One thing
I
do all the time with IE on web pages, is use the search feature to find
things quickly.
I've tried using the search feature with FireFox and can't seem to get it
to
work.
I'm using JAWS 8, and when I press Control plus F, then type in what I'm
looking for, I'm only able to type 3 letters, and then it won't let me put
anything else in. And then when I hit enter, it just sits there and does
nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?
I may have some more questions about FireFox later, but this is the
problem
that is driving me crazy for now . . and that's a short drive to begin
with.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
