Subject: [Blind-Computing] msconfig question
Howdy All,
Yesterday I made a major mistake. Yup, I got on the computer before
consulting with Doctor Phil. Anyway, I was in "msconfig" and I rebooted
the
computer. This is where the fun begins. I got distracted and pressed the
space bar on the wrong check box and the ending result was that everything
in the Services & Start Up page were disabled. My wife came to the rescue
to enable everything on these 2 pages and we were able to get the computer
working again. Now, the questions. On the Services tab there is a long
list of things that are to be checked or unchecked. I currently have
everything checked. Is everything in this list supposed to be checked?
If
not , would someone please tell me what should be unchecked? All of your
help is desperately needed and will be greatly and gratefully appreciated.
Thanks much, take care.
Mike
