Hi, Bill. I have created message rules for all the lists I'm on. Anyway,
AVG which is the antivirus program I have, checks every email that comes in.
I didn't think outlook express had a junk folder so I was correct.

Outlook Express does not have a "built in" junk folder as does MS Outlook,
but one can certainly be created by a user who wishes to have one. The

thing is, that user will have to create a "Mail Rule" identifying the
criterion that would send incoming email messages into that junk folder.
This isn't impossible, but it sure would be an overwhelming task.
