If I remember correctly, when the new changes were made to add extra time for
daylight saving time from the second Sunday in March and ending on the first
Sunday in November there was a Windows patch which catered for this. Do you
have that patch on your computer? If your internal clock goes back an hour at
this time and if the patch is not on your computer, then the problem will
resolve in April, 2009.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] my computer clock keeps going back an hour behind

Hi, everyone. I discovered earlier that my computer clock went back an hour
behind even though I had set it correctly. I had to reset it a little while
ago and it's getting kind of annoying. There's supposed to be an apply button
to save the settings but on my computer there isn't. How do I save the
settings in this case? Any help would be very much appreciated.

  Many thanks in advance.
  Rosemarie
