Hi Mike,
.Theme, is the correct extension.
If you change a theme, and do not choose to save it with another name,
you should be able to find it in the following location:
c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\Custom.Theme
Note:
On your system, you may need to replace, "Owner", with your name.
To transfer the theme to another computer,
simply copy it to the other machine, then go back to the control panel, and
then the themes tab of the display properties.
There you should have an option of importing a theme, and the ability to
browse to the folder where you
copied it.
If you have any problems, I'll hook up with you later.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Exporting/Copying a Theme

Hi All,

We have created a theme in control panel/display/theme page. I believe that
somehow I was able to copy it and it is in My Documents listed as
"Barbara.Theme". Is "Theme" the correct file extension for a theme file?
If not what file extension do theme files use? Where exactly are theme
files stored? I have looked in the Windows folder on the C Drive and don't
see anything with a "theme" extension. I haven't been able to find any way
of exporting this file so, this is why I'm trying to copy & paste so we can
take this theme file to another computer. Jacob, you had mentioned that
opening this theme file in Windows Explorer would allow us to move this
file. I don't understand what you mean by opening with Windows Explorer.
Would you please explain in detail? All help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks much, take care.

Mike
