It worked for me. It is in the System Tools in case you don't know.
Restore it one day before and you should be good.

Can't you just run the Restore? I did that before and I ran a Restore
and I got my file back.

Hi Folks
can any one help me to locate an accessible recovery program?
I accidentally deleted a folder and sadly it's not in my recycle bin.
I doubt it can be recovered though but any help would be appreciated.
