I think you need to update chris. It appears that I have 3.5. At least that's what I think this means. CLR 3.5.30729) I know I've gotten updates since I upgraded to 3.0 and I believe the last version I saw in the update window was 3.5. As far as accessibility, it seems to be better than ever.
