Hi, Go to the tools menu and choose Options. Control tab until you reach the Signature tab. Do not check the box that says add signature to all outgoing mail. Tab down to New and press space bar. Type information for your signature and click okay. You can make any number of signatures for different purposes. After they are created just keep tabbing around and you will come to a Rename Button . Then you can give each signature a name.
Then tab to okay. To insert a signature into an email just go to the insert menu and type s for signature and then choose whichever signature you desire from the sub-menu. Hope this helps.
