I am using Microsoft Windows Defender. I got it from the IE add-on Gallery.
It works great with Jaws.

I am using Spyware Blaster version 4.2. I can usually navigate it with the
Jaws cursor. As long as the Jaws cursor works, I will continue to use
Spyware Blaster. Someone who is good with scripting needs to rewrite the
scripts to work with the latest version.
