Good afternoon. In answer to your first question, the free version of System Access does work with Windows XP. In fact, it works with all Windows operating systems that I'm aware of.

As for your second question, there is a list of keys which are available in the System Access Help files. I believe that the correct key stroke for those is Alt H. I have found, after some experimentation that System Access works well with any operation involving Windows Explorer but it will not work as well with things like Word. I have had it shut down on me when I tried to bring up a Word document even while Explorer was still active. That may have something to do with the free version. Maybe the paid version will access all computer Windows based operations. In addition to the printed textual support, System Access has quite an extensive library of recorded tutorials. They are quite good and cover using both Windows XP and Vista.
As Rick would say, "HTH"
