Hi, everyone. Normally if you alt tab when you're on the desktop, you hear "jaws" but I'm getting internet explorer instead. I try to close it down with alt f-4 but for some strange reason it makes a kind of thumping sound and won't let me shut it down. I don't know why this is happening. Does anyone have an idea as to what could be happening?
