May I suggest running a Google search for this error message?  I've had good
luck doing that in the past.

well not sure how you got this infection then hay.

interesting...you know the program I just sent to you? out of curiosity I 
used it myself, to se if it was accessible really. any way, it's found two 
infections on my pc but doesn't say what it is.

but I use avast, malwarebytes, superanti spyware and non have them have come

up with anything.

very weird. so no ideas if it has found something or it's just saying that.

I'll carry on digging for other removal tools, I refuse to be told there 
isn't one.
