[Blind-Computing] mel ware bites

Hello listers,
I got a  nasty trogen horse.  It is called spyware 2009 or something like that. 
 I just spoke to a tdell tech.  He told me  to download mel ware bites and burn 
it on to a cd.  How ever I don't know how accessible it is.  Can some one pleas 
help in this matter?  thanks
