Hi Cliff,
The reason you are not finding what you want, is that it sounds like you are 
looking in the Windows directory.
To get to the control panel, do the following:
1. press the key combination, Windows key + R, this will open the run 
dialogue.
2. Type the following:
control
press enter.
This will open the control panel.
3. Now, press the letter U, until you hear, user accounts.
4. when this dialogue opens, you can access your passwords.

When I opened my windows program I found only two settings that are 
accessible by the letter, "U".

1. Uninst, (uninstall)

2.Usdpad, something to do with notepad.

Am I in the wrong part of town?
